Falcon Hills Hotel - Sharm el-Sheikh

Had a blast, but the lack of variety in lunch was a letdown. The friendly staff made everything sweet as!

Well, it was a real good stay for family vacation. Standard room was ready when we arrived. The staff was all hard-working. The hotel was in a nice and handy location adjacent to Naama Bay and the old market, and Old Market for free. It also was to Soho square.

The area was really noisy.

Breakfast was satisfactory, room was brand-new.

The room features a decent garden or pool view. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach twice a day.

Air conditioning frequently malfunctioned. The dining options left a lot to be desired. Many dishes were either bland or spicy, with limited variety during meals. Some housekeeping inconsistencies led to missing items like towels.

The location was exceptionally nice and handy: an old market and a market were within walking distance. The staff was extraordinary service-minded, provided an early check-in and a late check-out...

The hotel is charming small and well priced with hard-working staff specially the waiters.

The bathrooms are dirty.

My time at falcon was fantastic, surpassing my last trip to sharm el-sheikh. The staff were genuinely happy, and the daily animation activities kept my kids entertained. I loved the clean pools and the delicious meals, particularly the fresh fruit salads and eggplant dishes.

i stay for two nights.very cooperative staff specially mr ahmed at eceiption.ideal location,cool atmosphere.nice hotel.clean and comfortable room,vaiety of food and good taste.buffet break fast has a large variety of food,beverages,tea and coffee.

Loved the swan towel sculptures every day and the fun yoga sessions by the pool. The fresh fruit selections were a delight!

Room clean, comfy with a nice pool view. Liked the evening entertainment. The staff made it fun. Food choices felt limited, could use more variety. Free transportation to nearby beaches is a plus.

Multiple issues emerged , the air conditioning frequently malfunctioned, hampering comfort, while the dining options were severely lacking in variety, with the food described as shockingly bad. The cleanliness of the rooms was inconsistent, often encountering gaps in housekeeping that ranged from missing towels to inadequate mosquito control. One morning's breakfast was particularly disappointing, as the options felt stale and not fresh. The entertainment options were loud and intrusive, detracting from any peaceful pool-side lounging.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful! Loved the poolside snack bar and the convenient free shuttle service to the old market. Rooms had a nice garden view.

The breakfast options could use more variety as some items felt repetitive after a few days.
